refine,govern and supervise the implementation of the international rules

develop the international calendar of official wheelchair fencing events.

establish competition regulations and develop a handbook for official
event organisers.
- To
maintain the official international wheelchair fencing ranking list.
- To classify and maintain a database of fencers classifications at international level.
